Decided on a romantic just forvourselves spa break,
Gentleman on the front desk was very informative and welcomed us with a refreshing water with natural flavourings on a very hot day,
We were shown around the spa with robes and changing rooms, toilets and told our schedule, a whole hour in a massive jacuzzi with a glass of fizz lovely, a sauna with herbal water, and towels, gluten free/and dairylunch with crisps for my wife lovely sandwich, then foot soak with scrub, finished with a lovely aromertherapy. Massage, staff were very welcoming asked about firmness and were very good in what the offered, all in all an oasis near worthing Station but step in enjoy tbe facilities and be taken away to wherever you want in a tranquil setting with a relaxed feel and attentive staff.

Being a Mum of 3, and we have recently gotten a puppy, getting a break isn't something that happens often but my goodness what a treat! The spa is beautiful, and so relaxing we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, I had a back massage and facial which was out of this world. Also I have to mention how comfortable the massage tables are, I have been elsewhere before for a massage but being a bigger girl found the table was quite narrow, however the tables here are luxurious, and they brought in a little cake for me to celebrate my birthday. I will definitely come again!!

It was such a relaxing experience, wonderful treatments and surprisingly good prosecco!. We will be visiting again, couldn't fault a single thing.
